No Good Prospects for 2008 Yet!
I am still waiting for my working class hero of the people to emerge and take the country by storm! Where are you? All of these candidates are far too similar! Someone please save us from yet another election where there is only two rich, white guys supported by special interests! And no, when I say "save us", I am not talking to you Hillary!

I do have to say that most all the candidates are cookie-cutter potential presidents, and even Obama fails to represent the "working class" people in this nation.
However, I think people have been duped by both sides, which hinders them from making any true, real decisions.
Here's hoping the Green Party, of which I have a strong affinity, will field a strong, viable candidate.
what? working class candidate? that wont happen until we have post apocoliptic turn around (which i cant wait for) or until super heroes become aparent and giant bomb goes off and it becomes us verses them.

Dustin, if the Green Party comes up with a candidate that I like and don't feel I am wasting my time with... then I will be right there with you. I already think marijuana should be legal...
Even though he is another white man from the mainstream, I have really been impressed with Dennis Kucinich. He really stands no chance in hell of winning, but his positions on a lot of things are right in line with what I'm thinking. However, he is still part of the political establishment.
You should peruse his site, especially the section on his policy positions.

I knew you would be opposed to his stance on guns, and I can respect that. But don't discount some of what else he has to say.
Oh, and one positive point...he wants to legalize marijuana. That would make your parties a whole different beast :)
